A 2-Day Immersion for Nervous System Repair.

Join me for an experience that will be deeply nourishing to your mind, body, and soul. Let’s embark on a journey of self-care through immersing yourself in a sacred container that will allow you to rest, recharge and rejuvenate.


This two-day immersive experience was specially crafted to repair the nervous system and allows them to recalibrate through a relaxing and creative experience.


Together we will cultivate awareness, allowance and deep self-love.




Through this experience we will work together to clarify what practical tools work best for you so that you can feel empowered in knowing how to navigate a healthy nervous system.




As you allow yourself to calm to your nervous system, you will notice that you have more mental clarity, you feel more present in your body, your mood will elevate, and you will reconnect to your innate creative potential.




One of the most loving things you can do for yourself is learn the tools that work best for  and create a grounded and consistent practice. When you incorporate the tools that help you feel your best, every other area of your life begins to flourish.

The Space.

We have partnered with a local rental in Cincinnati to hold this immersive experience. We have chosen this specific rental because it offers the supportive environment needed to really make this journey the best it can be. This rental is located in the heart of OTR near Findley market and nearby shops.


As the center focus of this immersive experience, the participant will have their own cozy and private bedroom off of the loft space with an enclosed private rooftop terrace for them to enjoy during their stay. They will have their own private bathroom to themself or to share with a friend.


If the participant would like to include a friend then there is additional space available for one added attendee to come. Sharing this space with close friends or others who are interested in optimizing their wellbeing can cultivate and support deeper connection and loving community. Not to mention, you will be experiencing high quality self-care at it’s finest.

The Journey.


Day 1

Arrival: 12:00pm-1:00pm


Upon arrival you will be greeted with a custom gift basket that contains some of the best tools available to help calm your nervous system. There will be a vegetarian snack board available for you, and you will have some time to settle into your room.

Welcome Lunch & Opening Ceremony: 1:30pm-2:30pm

After you have settled into your room, you will be served a healthy, organic lunch, directly followed by a cacao and intention ceremony for your immersive experience. Cacao is a sacred plant that is derived from the cacao tree and is used to open your heart and allow you to reconnect with your essence. It’s like hot chocolate for your soul. Intention is a powerful way to direct focus and your intention will be used to ground your experience in a way that is most supportive for you. When you use cacao with intention your ability to create what you want to experience, in an aligned way will unfold.

Healing with one of our vetted practitioners.

Following lunch, you will be immersed in a beautiful sound healing and nervous system regeneration experience with one of our vetted practitioners.  You will experience 2 1/2 hours of deep, healing, balancing work on your nervous system. You will have a variety of subtle healing sessions followed by a private sound bath.

Cooking for the Chakras: 6:30pm-8:00pm

After we return back from your healing session, we will go into a workshop all about cooking with foods that help balance the energetic and emotional bodies. We will cook a variety of organic, vegetarian dishes that are designed to help you balance the 7 energy systems in your body and from that balance, it will assist you optimizing your health through foods that support your nervous system. You will also receive a recipe handbook that you can take with you and apply when you return home.

Slumber: 9:30pm-10:00pm

We will call lights out around 9:30pm, giving you ample amount of time to rest and integrate the healing and experience you had on day 1. When repairing the nervous system you must prioritize sleep in order to feel your best and we want to make sure we support this need with you.

Rest and Connect: 8:00pm-9:30pm

For the remainder of the evening, you will be given the opportunity to take free time to do what you love. You are invited to bring your favorite book or activity with you to do during this time. There will also be games available and if you feel up to it, you will have the opportunity to ask me questions and just engage in an environment that is fully set up to calm and support your nervous system.

Day 2

Rise: 8:00am-8:30am


Upon wake, you will have some time to gently and slowly rise. We need to learn how to be gentle with ourselves in the mornings as this is a time where your nervous system is very sensitive. You will be given a worksheet and guided mediation to follow the night before and we invite you to practice a mindful, wakeful routine to ensure you start your day off on the right foot.

Private Yoga Session with one of our vetted practitioners: 9:00am-10:00am

Our vetted practitioner will be arriving to our space to provide you with a private yoga and tuning fork session so that you can ground your energy and intentions for the day while also releasing any residual tension or charge in your body.

Breaking-Fast: 10:30am-11:30am


Breakfast is a very important meal of the day because it determines how well your digestion will go throughout the rest of your day. When you eat heavy, processed and sugary foods first thing in the morning, you are more likely be have brain fog, a decreased mood, less motivation and increased fatigue. Here you will be served a healthy and organic breakfast to make sure you feel your best and are able to start your day off on the right foot. Following breakfast, you will have time to get ready for the day before the next scheduled workshop.

How to Use Ayuveda to Design a Lifestyle that Supports a Healthy Nervous System: 12:00pm-1:00pm


Ayuveda is considered one of the oldest healing sciences with it’s roots dating back to over 5,000 years. Ayuveda places great emphasis on prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to balance in one’s life, right thinking, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs. In this workshop, you will learn how to use ayuveda in a way that supports your nervous system and well-being, and you will be designing your unique ayuvedic lifestyle. You will walk away with knowledge and new skills as well as a grounded application on how to apply these ancient methods to your day to day life.

Sacred Tea: 1:30pm-2:30pm


Tea ceremony was originally coined by Zen master Sen-no-Rikyu in 1570. Tea ceremony is rooted in spiritual connection by aiming to attain deep pleasure through drinking tea with complete awareness and appreciation for the beauty and uniqueness of the present moment. By focusing on every element, including the look, taste, and smell of the tea, you will bring yourself into a relaxed, mindful and peaceful center which will open you up to variety of senses that can only be accessed through present moment awareness. You will be sampling over 15 herbal teas with a variety of health benefits and will walk away with your own tea bag variety.

Creative Expression Through Art: 2:30pm-4:30pm

Did you know exercising your creativity helps repair your nervous system? Through creativity, you can express your emotions and use it as a cathartic release. In this art workshop, you will be guided to explore the depth of your original intention for this experience and reflect on how it has bloomed. From here, you will be turning that awareness into a visual representation. Allowing you to access the true power of bringing your thoughts to fruition.


4 Course Meal by Chef Maggie's Team: 5:00pm-6:30pm

Let yourself enjoy a locally crafted, vegetarian meal made by our partnering private chef. You will be served an exquisite and delicious meal, made in house. You will be able to experience fine dining catered to the nervous system.

Closing Ceremony: 7:00pm


We will be closing this container with a gratitude mediation and reflective exercise which will support you in integrating all that you have learned during your immersive experience. You will leave this container feeling replenished and confident that you have the skills needed to keep yourself and your life on track.

Departure: 7:30pm


This immersive experience will take place throughout the entire year, depending on availability. We have a variety of dates available for you to book and we will work to cater to your specific request. Booking is first come first serve and so we invited you to sign up as soon as you feel called.
