The Kitab Al Azkar is a compilation of forty hadiths, This book is much larger than the other Kitabs of al-Nawawi currently available. It is expected that most of the current volume of the Arrabit al-Qawa'id of al-Nawawi will contain sections of Kitab al-Azkar. As al-Nawawi explained in a letter to his son in the Arrabit al-Qawa'id, \"Throughout al-Azkar, God has taught Me to expound the verses of the Holy Quran and He has not left even a single corner unaddressed.\"
Kitab Al Azkar (The Perfect Book) is the name our teacher, teacher and lawyer, Muhy al-Din Yahya ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi deliberately gave himself. In the Kitab Al Azkar, he brings together all the defective and ambiguous points that have crept into the versions of the Sahih in the books of his own hand. (his knowledge is the basis for this book)
The Kitab Al-Azkar is expected to be the diamond of the dana', and even though it's not his, it's possible that it will be. If and when he completes it, Mr. al-Nawawi will use the red threads as a way to protect its name, given that some forward looking people have been trying to release a \"red-thread\" version of his Kitab al-Umdat. Even though there's no legal basis for this, two people have been arrested, accused of making this a reality. (a dreadful violation of copyright) Given that al-Nawawi is a famous person universally considered to be a saint, it is not unlikely that his Kitab al-Azzkar will be protected.
Muhy al-Din Yahya ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi(631-676/123-1277) devoted his entire life to the pursuit of sacred knowledge. He is revered throughout the Sunni world as one of its greatest authorities. Among his most famous writings are the Arba'in, a collection of forty Hadiths; a commentary on the Sahih of Imam Muslim; and Kitab al-Adhkar.
