This was before the Spy - Bugfiend -project was originated. The project was created to track down and record as many undocumented bus routes as possible. The first bus routes were captured between the years 1988-1991. Between 1991 and 2002, the project recorded 1,813 bus routes. In the years between 2003 and 2005, the project has been restarted.
At the beginning, the producers initially created a fake history of what appears to be the U.S.S.R., but they soon realized that this story could suit the U.S.S.R. as well. It turned out, for example, that manufacturers of consumer electronics became much more interested in making products for the U.S. market, which began to overshadow their Soviet counterparts. Was it because of the fall of the Soviet Union? The answer to this question may depend on your point of view. For Singh and Bruno, the story is about characters trying to come to terms with the past, and the limits of rationality, in a world that has changed. Their story is not about the collapse of communism, but rather about the failure of human nature to adapt to change.
The Moscow Metro Phase IV project covers the ground that was previously built on between T-lines 13 and 15 and the T-line 16 in the central part of Moscow (Bolshaya Koltsevaya, Krasnopresky and Park Pobedy lines). The project's mass includes the construction of the first 16 cars of a new T-line – the Yekaterinburg.
